　　广州医生梅正钦用心用情帮助惠水提升医疗技术

 

　　近日，记者在惠水县人民医院见到了从广州荔湾区来惠水开展医疗帮扶的梅正钦医生，他正站在宣教墙前，耐心地同病人和家属讲解糖尿病相关预防治疗知识。梅正钦告诉记者，由于饮食习惯和生活方式等原因，惠水地区的糖尿病患病率偏高，通过对患者宣传教育，让糖尿病患者懂得糖尿病的基本知识非常重要。
 


 

　　“我呼吁大家能够早诊断早治疗，每年都能够进行一次以上的体检，已经有糖尿病的患者要经常来监测自己的血糖和检查有没有并发症的发生。”广州市荔湾中心医院内分泌科主治医师梅正钦说。

　　2021年11月1日，梅正钦来到惠水县人民医院开展医疗帮扶。工作中，梅正钦参照广州市荔湾中心医院的血糖管理模式，建立了“惠水内分泌泵动血糖管理”微信群，采用线上线下相结合的模式，将胰岛素泵及血糖监测模式推广至全院使用，确保患者手术期血糖平稳，促进手术及其他疾病的顺利治疗。该模式运行至今获得了各科室的高度认可，也得到了病人的一致好评。
 


 

　　“梅医生是一位非常认真、细心、耐心、有责任心的一个医生，他的敬业精神值得我们学习。他来到科室以后，对我们科室的发展也起到了很大的作用。”惠水县人民医院全科医学科主任田俊说。

　　在每天的查房中，梅正钦还积极为糖尿病足患者进行治疗，并将他擅长的糖尿病足伤口处理技术运用到治疗当中，有效促进了患者伤口的愈合，病情得到较好控制。
 


 

　　通过治疗康复的患者都对梅正钦竖起了拇指，赞扬梅医生医术高明，周边县市患者闻讯后都慕名而来找梅正钦看病。

　　为了帮助惠水县人民医院提高糖尿病治疗管理水平，梅正钦还积极帮助医院建立国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心，该中心建成后，对县域内糖尿病患者能实行标准化、个体化的诊疗。（吴发富）
