　　——走进荔湾教师邓秋的援教故事

 

　　近年来,广州荔湾区大力支持惠水县的教育事业发展,大批优秀教师来到惠水播撒知识的种子,并努力培养当地师资。邓秋就是其中的一名,她告别难舍的家人,来到相隔千里的惠水,带着满腔的热忱和沿海地区先进的教育理念,置身于惠水教育事业的发展,为提升惠水教师的专业成长和思政课水平作出了荔湾贡献。
 


 

　　邓秋老师是广州市荔湾区第四中学花地学校教导处副主任,有着多年的道德与法治教育经验,来到惠水以后,她挂职惠水县思源实验学校政教处副主任,还担任起了惠水县学校思政课一体化建设教研中心组副组长职务,负责拟写教研活动总体方案,指导教研组的建设和教研活动的开展,在她的参与下,学校的思政课不断提升,也让很多教师深受启发。
 


 

　　思源实验学校初中部教科处主任周蝶介绍,这次邓秋老师组织学校思政课老师对初中的政治课堂教学中学生思维品质发展的探究,包括她这次的示范课都对老师的课堂教学指明了方向,同时针对在政治课堂上教师怎么教和学生怎么学两个方面都给予了非常重要的指导作用。
 


 

　　在思政课改革创新的背景下,邓秋老师通过示范课、经验交流等方式,毫无保留地将自己的所学、所知、所悟都教授给思源实验学校的老师,每周还要带他们一起探讨新的教学理念与教学方法,透过教育、教学、教研三方面,切实提高教学的实效性,提升了思政课的教学水平,也极大地促进了教师的专业成长。

　　邓秋告诉记者,此次帮扶,不单单是教一个班,她还希望带领一个团队,带领一批老师把沿海地区的一些理念、先进的教学方法和模式传授给当地的老师们,让他们教出更多优秀的学生。
 


 

　　据了解,自广州荔湾区与惠水开展东西部教育协作以来,为惠水输送了一大批优秀教师传授先进教学理念,并努力培养当地师资,通过长期与短期互补,教学与教研结合,为提高当地的教育、教学水平作出了突出贡献。
 


 

　　“东西部教育协作,给思源学校带来了先进的管理方法和教育理念,通过荔湾区教育协作小组各项帮扶教育活动,思源学校各项工作推进效果显著,也促进了教师的专业成长。”思源实验学校副校长刘朝鲜表示,下一步,将一如既往地加强协作交流,多学习,多思考,力争让学校的教育教学工作更上一个新的台阶。(白小婷)
