广州荔湾：强协作筑基础 助力排楼产业振兴　　

 

　　自结对帮扶惠水县以来,广州市荔湾区通过建标准、引技术、强品牌等方式,从资金帮扶、培训种植技术、打造深加工产业链、挖掘田园观光潜力等方面,多措并举实现了产业扶贫—产业脱贫—产业致富的“三级跳”蜕变。
 


 

　　涟江街道排楼村位于惠水县西南部15公里处,这里乡风文明、村容整洁,是第二批全国乡村治理示范村、全国民主法治示范村。荔湾惠水开展协作帮扶以来,荔湾派驻惠水东西部协作帮扶团队着力以盘家底、找短板为主线,多次开展蹲点调研,梳理出造好田、选好种、行好耕、产好品、打好牌和卖好价的“六好农业”发展路子,切实推动排楼村产业发展,助力乡村振兴。
 


 

　　建标准,促示范。重点围绕“突强补短、选优做强、共享共赢”的规划思路,荔湾区投入309万资金对葡萄品种、避雨棚、产业路、生姜清洗生产线等进行提质,进一步建优葡萄园和生姜清洗线。实现园区内葡萄增产35%以上,樱桃销售额增加20%以上,游客接待量增加1倍以上,2条生姜清洗线集中清洗量达1800吨以上,村集体经济年利润突破20万元以上,村级产业形成了可持续循环发展模式,建成了一批群众自主参与、党员领办、社农联建共赢的标准化产业示范基地。同时,利用广州玉铭物业投资管理有限公司和排楼村“村企结对”契机,提供技术支撑及配套服务,协作建成“葡樱李橘”农文旅融合现代农业产业园,扎实推动特色产业深度融合发展,让“资源”变“资金”,成为助力产业振兴的一条清晰脉络。
 


 

　　引技术,强品牌。以特色排楼试验园为基础,利用荔湾人才技术、省内科研院校技术团队,建设村级“产学研”转化基地,探索试验推广葡萄新品种、新技术、新模式、新材料等“四新技术”,实现品种品质优良化、品类品味多样化。通过开展芽接、枝接、新增避雨棚等技术措施,多方式成功嫁接阳光玫瑰、户太八号、紫玉、夏黑等多个优质葡萄品种达30余亩,亩产可在原来基础上增产500公斤以上,每亩增值3500元以上。同时充分发挥排楼传统生姜优势产业和四季采摘园,做响“中国小黄姜之乡”品牌,创建“王子牌”系列农特单品品牌,借助荔湾协作帮扶“黔货出惠”,逐步扩大地方特色品牌的市场影响力。
 


 

　　如今的排楼村,呈现一片欣欣向荣的景象,不仅产业发展起来了,各种基础设施一应俱全。就像排楼村根据村情谱写的《美丽家乡王子塘》那样,歌声里满满的都是排楼村人洋溢出的自豪感和对幸福美好生活的称赞:“樱桃树,小溪旁,美女山下有歌王,银厂坡前景色美,排排楼房好风光。孝悌为先,耕读崇尚,诚实守信,致富锦囊……”(邓昆乔)
